Enlighten delivers rapid data mart solutions against market leading Housing applications such as Northgate Housing SX3, Orchard and QL. Enlighten delivers up to 70% of core reporting functionality from an out of the box solution.
Enlighten is open source and can be extended to include any extra reporting requirements your organisation may have.

Enlighten is modular and may be used as a single entity or in combination with others. An individual product is a data mart providing information about a particular business function. Combining all modules creates a fully integrated Data Warehousing solution. Our product range covers the following business functions:
• Housing
• Arrears and Voids
• Repairs
• General Ledger
• Purchase Ledger
Each of HGC’s Enlighten products may be purchased for a single payment. HGC install the software and ownership passes to the client.
Alternatively HGC license the product, where regular monthly payments entitle our clients to free support and upgrades.

SCIP
SCIP (Service Charge Interface Process) is an application that sits between Northgate SX3 and Oracle Financials. It allows users to enter service charge budget data by scheme. An authorisation process interfaces this to Oracle Financials and Northgate SX3.
SCIP downloads actual spend across a scheme from Oracle Financials. It then allows for adjustment before securely posting the figures to Northgate SX3.
SCIP also displays and interfaces sinking fund data from Oracle Financials into Northgate SX3. Users drill down to a specific account code to see the Oracle batches and Purchase orders associate with the spend.
