HGC’s solutions employ a full lifecycle approach. We work with our clients throughout each phase; analysis, design, development, UAT and implementation.
Our preferred reporting tool is Business Objects, though through partnership and associate schemes we remain agnostic, preferring to provide clients with the most appropriate tool when considering budget and requirement.

Phased Development
HGC expand existing data warehouse solutions by providing additional phases, modules or data marts.
If you do not have a Business Intelligence solution, HGC work with you to identify business functions that benefit from better reporting. We develop a phased solution, aligning each phase to a business process.

Performance Tuning
At HGC we find performance of an existing Business Intelligence solution can degrade over time. This may be the time it takes for an overnight extract to run or that certain reports are taking longer to execute.

A Health Check HGC run a health check to restore performance of a degraded system. We employ either a complete system review using a structured methodology or a tactical approach addressing a particular component of the BI system.
Preventative Measures Prevention is better than cure and HGC provide tools to monitor your BI solution and alert of potential performance issues before they occur. |
